MY APPROACH TO COACHING

As executives navigate their way through turbulent decision-making and intricate situations, they may find themselves feeling isolated or unaware of certain contextual nuances and of their own behaviors.
Acting as trusted sparring partner, I offer personalized guidance, tailored to address individual challenges and aspirations.

As an Executive Coach, I help CEOs, Executives and Managers tackle their challenges and thrive in their professional environment, in their own interest and for the benefit of their organization.

Certified in Coaching by the INSEAD Business School, I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) of which I follow the Code of Ethics and best practices.

My practice is based on a “Systems-Psychodynamic Perspective”, considering the Person, the Role, the Organization as well as the Context and the Cultural aspects of my clients. I am also familiar with a diversity of other approaches used according to the specific needs of each client and coaching session.

My background is truly international, having previously worked 35 years in the corporate world (in Europe, South America and Asia), amongst which as a CEO for 15 years for big and small industrial companies in Japan, in very different contexts.
