COLLECTIVE COACHING

I offer Collective Coaching, under various formats, designed and adapted to respond to the specific needs of the organization.
A Group Diagnostic can be organized to assess the performance of the team as such: group dynamics, dysfunctions, setting and reaching objectives, leadership, roles, accountability, team spirit and belonging, loyalty, energy, approach to change, and more.
Accordingly, several options are proposed:
Group Coaching
The approach is the same as for individual coaching, but several members of the team are coached, in parallel. There is consistency in understanding the organization’s needs, but coaching as such remains individual, and addresses each member’s organization in the mind, and the way each coachee can progress for the team’s benefit as well as their own.
Team Coaching
The coachee is the intact team, as a whole. This approach is particularly relevant when the team wants to define a precise objective, or has specific tasks to accomplish or projects to successfully complete but, for some reasons, encounters difficulty.
Team Building
It consists of various professional workshops or non-work-related activities, with the objective to strengthen the mutual understanding and appreciation of fellow team members.
A combination of Individual / Group / Team Coaching and Team Building is of course possible.
Depending on the scope and nature of the project, I team-up with partner executive coaches in Japan and overseas. We have complementary backgrounds, nationalities, trainings and experiences, resulting in an even richer and more comprehensive approach to my clients.
